The Accredited Checking Organisation shall nominate the Accredited Checker and Specialist Accredited Checker to be responsible for the Services. The Accredited Checker shall be the direct employee of the Accredited Checking Organisation. The Accredited Checking Organisation must possess previous accredited checking experience in checking/designing underground Rapid Transit System (RTS) structures.
