Taxi fares in Singapore are determined independently by taxi companies.
The LTA, together with the Public Transport Council, works with operators to ensure that certain aspects of fares remain standardised and easy to understand.

The taxi fare structure has four main components: Flag-down fare, distance and time-based unit fares, surcharges, and booking fees.
