The implementation of reduced off-peak toll charges at the Second Link commenced on Sunday, 1 April 2018.

2.  As announced by the Land Transport Authority on 9 February 2018, Singapore’s toll charges for all vehicles (except motorcycles) leaving and entering Singapore via Tuas Checkpoint have been reduced during off-peak hours.

3.  The reduction in toll charges at the Second Link is in line with Singapore’s long-standing policy of matching Malaysia’s toll adjustments.

4.  Motorists are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance to benefit from the lower toll rates when travelling to and from Malaysia.
